I just made a route from north to south around the Hungering Miasma rare, making sure the 11 tumors close the rare would be respawned anytime i passed through the rare mob area. Also the tooltip for Hungering Destroyer is a lie since if you do it solo even when you are the tank you get the Gluttonous Miasma debuff ever 24 sec and the tooltip says otherwise.
